Homemade sweet and sour is very easy to make and will make a world of difference in your cocktails. We use it all the time (just type homemade sweet & sour into the search box on the right to find all the recipes!).
Remember that you can always adjust the amount of sugar and water to your liking to make it sweeter or more sour. Cheers!
Small Batch Recipe
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 cup fresh lemon and lime juice
*Multiply for larger servings
Directions: Mix all of the ingredients together and stir until the sugar has dissolved. If you don’t want any pulp in your sweet and sour mix, simply strain the mixture once before you store it in a pitcher. It will keep for 7-10 days.
