The Best Long Island Iced Tea and Long Beach Iced Tea Cocktail Recipes

The long Labor Day weekend will be celebrated from coast to coast with insane cocktails and mouth watering burgers. We may not be able to party on both sides of the USA at once, but we can certainly drink as if we are.

To mark the end of summer we’re serving the best Long Island Iced Tea cocktail recipe and Long Beach Iced Tea cocktail recipe, paired with big baskets of sweet potato fries, jalapeño burgers, chicken & caper burgers, fresh berry fruit salads, and homemade vanilla ice cream sandwiches. It will still feel like summer here in SoCal for a while, but we’ll never turn down a reason to celebrate!

Long Island Iced Tea

Long Island Iced Tea Cocktail
1 ounce vodka
1 ounce light rum
1 ounce gin
1 ounce tequila
1 teaspoon dark rum
½ ounce triple sec
1 ounce homemade sweet and sour
Squeeze of 1 lemon wedge
Cola floater on the top

Directions: Pour all of the ingredients into a tall glass filled with ice except the cola. Mix well,  then add a floater of cola on the top.

Long Beach Iced Tea

Long Beach Iced Tea Cocktail
1 ounce vodka
1 ounce light rum
1 ounce gin
1 ounce tequila
1 teaspoon dark rum
½ ounce triple sec
1 ounce homemade sweet and sour
Squeeze of 1 lemon wedge
Cranberry juice floater on top

Directions: Pour all of the ingredients into a tall glass filled with ice except the cola. Mix well,  then add a floater of cranberry juice on the top.
