Extend summer with this easy, instant coffee drink. Try a variety of liqueurs such as apricot, strawberry, or chocolate for a new flavor every afternoon of the week.
Ingredients (Serves 2)
1 packet of Starbucks VIA Caramel Iced Coffee
16 ounces of ice water
4 ounces of Chambord
Directions Empty the VIA Caramel packet into a 20-ounce pitcher, then add 16 ounces of water. Mix until the coffee is diluted. Add 4 ounces of blackberry liqueur like Chambord (or more if desired) and stir well. Pack your glassware with ice and add the coffee cocktail.
