Day of the Dead Corkscrew

Purchase this wine opener for Halloween, for Cinco de Mayo, or to satisfy your dark side. It's a steel, old-school style corkscrew that was cleverly (and creepily)  designed by Ariel Rojo and Stephanie Suarez for Kikkerland in a competition with North America's Oldest University, Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico. Rojo, a popular Mexican Designer, challenged students at the school to combine a cultural element or story with a familiar household object (such as a corkscrew). Suarez nailed the assignment with her design and definitely stood out amongst the others.

I found mine at a local Paper Source but it's also available at Amazon.
