This agave liqueur is so good that you can drink it chilled straight, add it to ice tea, or mix it with the spirit of your choice. For the past two weeks I've used Mariposa to replace triple sec in drinks like Margaritas, Pomegranate Margaritas, and Cosmopolitans. I've also added it to a Whiskey Sour, rum with sweet and sour, and a lavender infused vodka martini, and I've still got half the bottle left (thank goodness). I would highly recommend adding this particular liqueur to your home bar for a little variety. It's easy to find yourself in a rut, making the same cocktails the same way over and over.
