I am waaaaay behind on the trend here, maybe years, but I'm finally buying a smoker. Just ordered it. Last weekend I grilled lemons and limes to make a homemade sweeten n' sour mix while there was a speck of sunshine and a wink of spring. The mix turned out really well.
Now I'd like to find out what the mix tastes like when the fruit is smoked in a stovetop smoker. These stainless steel contraptions don't usually cost more than $50.00 and look easy to clean up...except for the wood chip part. Feeling like that could be too high-maintainence for this girl.
