Hakutsuru Sake Cocktails are perfect for Valentine's Day for two reasons. First, the bottle is thematically appropriate because of its lovely, soft pink hue. Second, the sake, distilled from rice using natural spring water from Mount Rokko, is so smooth and delicious that you are seriously going to wonder how one bottle was consumed so damn quickly (we're talking 720ml size not 300ml size because cleeeearly the latter would be gone in like one gulp). If you're looking to make an extra special cocktail with Hakutsuru Sake for your sweetheart, we highly suggest this recipe. It's easy to make, delicious, and a little more potent than drinking the sake as is.
