It will be 97º here in Los Angeles today, and we can't think of a better way to greet 5 o'clock than with a scoop of sorbet floating in bubbly. For those of you with snow still on the ground (we wouldn't believe it if it weren't for your Instagram photos), this might just be the cocktail to eradicate any winter blues once and for all. Scoop the sorbet into the glass first, then slowly pour the other ingredients over the top of the icy dessert. The sorbet will melt at the right pace you're sipping. On a hot SoCal day like this, chill the ingredients ahead of time if possible. Enjoy!
