Gin Zippy 2 ounces City of London gin 1 ounce pineapple juice 1 ounce fresh pressed cucumber juice ½ ounce fresh lemon juice ½ ounce simple syrup 1 teaspoon fresh pressed ginger juice
Directions Chop a half cup of cucumber and put it into a measuring pitcher or shaker. Add the lemon juice and simple syrup, and muddle until all of the cucumber has broken apart. Think cucumber mush. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice. Add the gin, pineapple, and ginger. Stir to mix and serve.
