WE ARE THIS GIRL WALKS INTO A BAR, A BARTENDING SERVICE THAT PROVIDES HIGHLY TRAINED, POLISHED, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY FEMALE BARTENDERS WITH A STRONG WORK ETHIC SO YOU GET THE VERY BEST BEHIND THE BAR.
Fifty percent (50%) of the estimated contract cost of is due at the time of booking,
to be deducted from the total Final Payment, unless other prior arrangements have been made.
TGB may provide all or part of the rental items for the event. However, certain items may incur restocking and cancellation fees. Any loss or damage to any rentals will be billed to CLIENT after the event.
Prior arrangements must be made between TGB and CLIENT for equipment/supplies/rental pick-ups on the day following the event.
Please make check payments out to This Girl Walks Into A Bar. If credit card payment is preferred, please fill out the attached credit card authorization form. Credit Card payments will be subject to a service charge of three percent (3.5%) per the amount of transaction.
Final Payment will be due within fifteen (15) days of invoice. If payment is not received within five (5) days of the due date, This Girl Walks Into A Bar will not proceed with any new work, and a five percent (5%) late fee will apply for every week the payment is past due.
At the CLIENT’s discretion, gratuity can go directly to the service staff.
Final Guest Count is due five (5) days prior to the event date. If more guests attend than the guaranteed guest count, and more supplies are needed to accommocate the additional guests, TGB will charge the CLIENT accordingly. TGB will prepare between five-ten percent (5%-10%) overage based on the final number of guest count registered by CLIENT. CLIENT will not be charged for this.
CLIENT will be billed for additional staff hours for any time extension beyond the prior agreed upon time.
Menu prices are subject to change within seven (7) days of the event. When a drastic change in the menu ingredient cost occurs, CLIENT has two options.
1. CLIENT will pay the additional cost based on the current adjusted price, or
2. Substitute other menu items to maintain the agreed upon menu
TGB will apply the entire balance of CLIENT’s deposits and prepayments (less $100.00 administrative fee), towards another event, subject to TGB’s availability. Persishable items that have already been purchased will be charged to CLIENT. All costs are subject to change.
All deposits are returned (less $100.00 administrative fee and any reimburseable expenses) if the event is cancelled by CLIENT, the venue, or by an event of emergency, 21 days or more, from the event date.
If the event is canceled between eight (8) and twenty (20) days from the event date, all deposits are returned (less fifteen percent (15%) of the deposit amount and any reimburseable expenses).
If the event is canceled between one (1) and seven (7) days from the event date, all deposits are forfeited in full, and reimbursements are due.
If TGB is able to re-book the date within that 1 to 7 day window with a similar event, all deposits are returned (less twenty five percent (25%) of the deposit amount and any reimburseable expenses).
TGB reserves the right to terminate this contract for any valid reason. If TGB terminates this contract prior to the event date, all deposits and prepayments will be returned in full within seven (7) days.
TGB maintains Nautilus Insurance Co. Commercial General Liability and Liquor Liability Insurance.
TGB assumes no responsibility for ANY damage or loss of merchandise, alcohol, equipment, furniture, clothing or other valuables prior to, during or after the event. TGB will do everything possible to ensure that all of CLIENT’s supplies, rentals and equipment are cared for and maintained in good working order and without damage. When providing the location for the event/function, the CLIENT, understands that accidents/breakage and/or damage may sometimes occur. TGB will not be liable for any damage or loss, unless specifically caused by the willful negligent actions or conduct of TGB or its employees.
CLIENT will be charged the applicable current rate for all services rendered as determined by the concerned government body.
Yes! We create custom cocktails tailored to meet the needs of your event. We've also had requests that our bartenders wear a specific costume. Depending on what it is, we will consider it! Any other requests you may have, just send us a note!
